As a key member of our store, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of service. Responsibilities include: Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently Prepare and package food items, including making pizzas Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with basic food preparation tasks Answer phone calls and manage online orders Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards Support other areas of store operations as needed Qualifications include: Must be at least {16} years of age Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing orders Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 pounds Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
