Client Development Executive - CCI

Sales is about connecting with people

but there's a lot of strategy behind turning a cold call into a successful deal. We're looking for someone with the right skills and track record to help us grow. We're looking for a tech-savvy Client Development Executive to join our team at Cox Business. In this role, you'll help new and existing clients transform the way they do business with our cutting-edge solutions, from internet and networking solutions to next-gen cloud and connected technologies. You'll have a quota tied to a lucrative commission plan, so your earnings are in your hands. You'll be responsible for new account acquisition and development, as well as upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients. Here's how you'll make it happen: Identifying new prospects in your assigned territory. Researching prospects' businesses to prepare for sales calls. Developing and maintaining sales growth plans for each account in your territory. Communicating with prospective customers to explore mutually beneficial objectives. Meeting with prospective customers to assess business technology needs. Collaborating with internal sales support and service delivery teams to meet customers' needs. Making face-to-face or virtual sales presentations to decision makers. Negotiating pricing, products and promotions with new customers. Who You Are

You're a self-starter with a knack for identifying opportunities and communicating the value of technical products, such as cloud services, to customers. Here's what you have to offer: Minimum:

8 years of experience in a related field; or a bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience; a master's degree with 2 years of experience; or a Ph.D. in a related discipline. A valid driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A track record meeting and exceeding sales goals. Experience using Windows-based PCs, Microsoft Office and a CRM. Preferred:

Experience in B2B outside sales with quotas. Experience in field sales, pipeline development, new lead generation and prospecting.
