Outside Sales Representative

This position is primarily selling Superior Fence and Rail with opportunity to grow with Archadeck. We own and operate multiple growing home-service companies and are looking for someone who wants a long-term sales career, not just a short-term position. About the Role
This is a commission-based sales position with paid training. You will meet with homeowners, provide design-forward solutions, and guide clients from initial consultation through contract. We provide most of your leads, but strong performance also requires personal initiative to generate additional opportunities. What You'll Be Selling

Meet with homeowners to design and sell outdoor living and fencing projects Follow up promptly on company-provided leads Generate additional opportunities by: Building relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners Visiting decision-makers and referral sources in the field Participate in grassroots marketing efforts when needed, including: Hanging door hangers Placing yard signs at approved intersections and job sites Maintain accurate notes and follow-up on prospects Represent the company professionally at all times Schedule & Travel
MondayFriday work schedule No weekends Some travel required to our corporate office in Springfield, Missouri for: Sales meetings Training Assisting with lead overflow when needed Requirements
Sales experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable working independently in the field Willingness to participate in lead-generation activities Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits
