Manages and develops long-term relationships with physicians and other customers for targeted accounts in their assigned territory and represent Neurocrine brand(s) and their approved indications. This role also plays an important part in educating external customers such as physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers, etc. and helping them learn about the benefits of our product(s)./ppYour Contributions (include, but are not limited to):/pulliSales and Market Development: Drives product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management./liliCustomer Relationship Management: Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, clinical staff, key opinion leaders, and community mental health clinics./liliCross-Functional Collaboration: Establishes excellent communication with internal partners including managed care, marketing, patient access, medical science liaisons, and medical communications teams./liliProfessional Standards: Upholds highest ethical standards, including FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices./liliWork Expectations: Maintains full field presence Monday-Friday with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend events./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliBS/BA degree in science or related field AND Minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales experience is highly desired. Close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience is strongly preferred. Psychiatry, neurology or antipsychotic experience strongly preferred.
