Pride in ownership/ppThe Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Senior Sales Executive to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies. The responsibilities of the Senior Sales Executive include recommending ways to improve operations planning, attending meetings with clients and advisors, and notifying partners of key business developments. You should also be able to assess business risks by analyzing financial, statistical, and economic data./ppTo be successful as a Senior Sales Executive, you should be persuasive and have strong business acumen. Ultimately, an exceptional Senior Sales Executive should be adept at negotiating sound business deals as well as demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills./ppThe Senior Sales Executive will:/pulliBuilding solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams./liliDeveloping in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities./liliAssessing marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed./liliPreparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs)./liliResearching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers needs./liliDeveloping and managing strategic partnerships to grow business./liliPresenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management./li/ululliManage the sales and marketing functions of a business to maximize returns and expand a business brand./liliDirect all customer relationship activities to ensure delivery of high quality service./liliSet up meetings with customers to deliver sales pitches and conduct sales of company products and services./liliConduct market research to identify developments/changes in industry trends in order to make necessary adjustments./liliEstablish strategic partnership with other companies to leverage on their network./liliEnsure business processes and standards are in accordance with regulations and policies set by appropriate authorities./liliConduct negotiations to determine contract terms and ensure profitable deals./liliSet and enforce customer service standards to ensure clients are satisfied with received products/services./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliExtensive experience in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles within the PC insurance industry, including building strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders./liliBalance of technical strengths and deep processing knowledge most notably in commercial insurance business processing, including underwriting, policy admin, billing, loss control, and claims management./lili5-7 years of experience working in business development, sales, marketing, or related fields./liliProficient in all Microsoft Office applications./liliExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills./liliExceptional leadership and management skills./liliEffective communication and negotiation skills./liliStrong business acumen./liliDetail-oriented and persuasive./li/ulpLocation: Remote/Denver, CO/ppThe Perks:/pulliCompetitive compensation package including 100% paid Health coverage for the employee and 85% coverage for dependents.
