divh2Account Executive/h2pThe Account Executive meets and exceeds local and national sales goals by selling our outstanding inventory to qualified advertisers by developing new business through direct to customer outreach and high-level agency contacts. This role develops and maintains long-term advertising relationships by presenting comprehensive proposals and competitive, profitable pricing structures in collaboration with our Sales, Marketing and Operations teams across our broad range of digital and printed inventory./ppJob Responsibilities:/pulliDrives for revenue goal attainment on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis./liliProspects and develops new customer relationships, persuasively communicates strategies for meeting customer needs./liliRegularly conducts outside sales activities, including but not limited to obtaining orders and/or contracts for Clear Channel services, while away from the Clear Channels place(s) of business, including away from a home office (if applicable)./liliEnsures customer satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the customers account in cooperation with creative, operations, marketing, and finance staff./liliDetermines project pricing based on guidelines from management./liliNegotiates fees or services with clients with management approval./liliOversees project from start to finish and ensures client satisfaction./liliDelivers proof of performance (POP) to clients./liliAccompanies clients on market tours to showcase outdoor inventory./liliCommunicates and coordinates with Ad Ops and other internal departments./liliCompletes other duties as assigned or requested./li/ulpJob Qualifications:/ppEducation:/pulliBachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience preferred./li/ulpWork Experience:/pulliMinimum five (5) years of sales experience required./liliDemonstrated track record of business-to-business and progressive sales experience./liliMedia sales experience preferred./liliKnowledge of territory is preferred./li/ulpSkills:/pulliSkilled in working closely with customers to develop and cultivate client relationships to grow accounts./liliAbility to meet or exceed sales targets with experience in consultative or needs based selling techniques./liliDetail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills./liliAbility to multi-task and work well under pressure./liliProficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRM (Salesforce), and social media platforms./li/ulpCompetencies:/pullistrongAccount Management/strong : Building long-term, value-based relationships with accounts, developing business and maximizing the revenue they generate while reducing the time and costs in managing them./lilistrongFostering Communication:/strong Listening and communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and effectively gets message across./lilistrongInitiative/strong : Dealing with situations and issues proactively and persistently, seizing opportunities that arise./lilistrongManaging the Sales Process:/strong Following the organizations sales methodology in applying skills and resources to achieve sales targets./lilistrongNegotiating:/strong Seeking to resolve different perspectives or matters of dispute by discovering shared interests and finding mutually acceptable solutions./lilistrongNetworking/strong : Establishing, sustaining, and fostering professional contacts to build, enhance, and connect networks for work purposes./lilistrongPresentation Skills/strong : Effective presentation skills inside and outside an organization; commands attention and can manage group process during the presentation./li/ulpPhysical Demands:/ppThe demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:/pulliThis position primarily involves working both in an office environment and in the field, making sales calls, and servicing existing accounts./liliEmployee must have the ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds./liliEmployee must have the ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus./li/ulpOther Requirements:/pulliAble to travel outside of the office at least 50% of the time for meetings and industry events./liliHas a valid drivers license./liliAccess to a reliable vehicle./li/ulpLocation: Philadelphia, PA: 9130 State Road, 19136/ppPosition Type: Regular/p/div
