Infrastructure Coatings Sales Representative

The impact you'll make in this role: Growing sales in the pipeline industry by working with end user accounts Calling on owner corrosion engineering groups to specify the proper coatings Working with pipe coaters on factory applications Calling on contractors who are coating field joints Calling on project managers who are building the projects As an Infrastructure Coatings Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Working on projects from end to end Stakeholder management Technical challenges at factory applicators Technical challenges in the field This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position. Your skills and expertise: Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Current, valid driver's license Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Three (3) years of outside sales in an industrial setting Field based experience in the pipeline industry Chemistry education or background Technical sales in the construction industries Work location: Work location- remote Sales territory - Houston, TX Travel: May include up to 40% domestic Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life
