divh2Account Manager/h2pThe Account Manager is responsible for managing existing and developing new businesses as part of the T-Mobile account team. The team consists of other account managers and sales engineers that support T-Mobile. The team is responsible for selling products, solutions, and services across the Nokia Network Infrastructure portfolio./ppCandidates must have a proven track record of driving IP and Optical networking product and solution sales and owning execution across a matrixed organization./ppOur team looks for individuals who embody our values of trust, compassion, collaboration, respectfulness, integrity, and achievement./ph3Your Responsibilities/h3pExceed measurable sales objectives and extend the Nokia brand at T-Mobile./ppUtilize a consultative selling approach with key customer stakeholders to address their business needs across the Network Infrastructure IP and Optical Portfolio with a focus on IP routing, Switching, Data Center, Security, Packet Core, Optical Transport and Automation./ppWork with Nokia systems engineers to design and position compelling solutions that drive down the total cost of ownership and/or help them drive new revenue streams./ppTake ownership for formulating strategic and tactical account plans, forecasting and negotiating commercial and legal contracts for both new and existing businesses./ppCollaborate with Nokia peers on best practices and demonstrate best-in-class solutions across Nokias portfolio at T-Mobile./ppKeep up to date with technology solutions, competing solutions and competitor strategies./ph3Your Skills And Experience/h3pYou have:/ppBS/BA degree or equivalent in addition to 10+ years of networking sales experience./ppA customer first mentality with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets./ppStrong personal network that covers relationships within T-Mobile./ppProven ability to forecast, manage opportunities in CRM systems, and negotiate contracts./ppBuild and manage relationships across internal Nokia teams to allow Nokia to meet or exceed T-Mobiles expectations./ppExcellent people skills, history of performance, grit, take ownership mentality, and ability to build and maintain good relationships at all levels./ppThe ability to thrive in a matrix environment, where direct authority over key resources is limited but essential to success./ppPrevious selling experience and technical acumen in two or more of the following areas: Data Center, Network Automation, IP Routing/Switching, Packet Core, Optical transport, AI and Cloud computing./ph3Job Info/h3pJob Category: Sales/ppDegree Level: Bachelors degree/ppJob Schedule: Full time/ppJob Type: Experienced/ppJob Identification: 28741/ppRole Type: Individual contributor/ppUS/Canada Salary Range*: $ 121,205.00 - $225,095.00 USD* Plus, potential incentive/variable compensation for eligible roles./ppLocations: 1100 112th Avenue NE, Bellevue, Washington, 98004-4511, US (Hybrid)/p/div
