We're seeking an Area Sales Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and detail-drivena professional who takes pride in supporting the Sales and Catering team to create exceptional guest experiences. As an Area Sales Coordinator, you'll: Partner closely with the Area Director of Sales & Catering to support property-level sales operations. Build and manage group room blocks in CI/TY and Lightspeed. Enter group rooming lists and individual reservations as needed. Ensure billing information for reservations, groups, and Master Accounts is accurate. Prepare and send sales correspondence, proposals, agreements, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Respond promptly to client requests and maintain accurate account information in CI/TY Assist with event planning, site preparation, and on-site coordination to ensure flawless execution. Liaise with other departments to guarantee client needs are met or exceeded. Participate in weekly BEO meetings and communicate changes to culinary and operations teams. Provide event recaps and suggest improvements for future events. Support re-booking efforts and maintain strong client relationships. What We're Looking For

You're a great fit if you: Have a polished, professional demeanor and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment. Communicate clearly and confidentlyboth written and verbal. Are highly organized, tech-savvy, and proficient in MS Office; experience with Delphi and SFA is a plus. Take initiative and demonstrate flexibility and professionalism under pressure. Bring at least 2 years of experience in sales or catering coordination, ideally in a luxury hospitality setting. Hold a college diploma (Hospitality preferred).
