Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Filler / Pickers to support warehouse operations through accurate order fulfillment and inventory handling. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, teamwork, and precision-driven work.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using pick sheets or handheld scanners Replenish and retrieve product from bins or shelving locations Verify order accuracy using computer systems, packing lists, and shipping labels Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment Assist with physical inventory counts and location-based product verification Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in order fulfillment, picking, packing, or warehouse operations Cross-functional warehouse experience preferred (inbound, outbound, receiving, shipping-domestic and/or international) Experience working with a
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
strongly preferred
Examples include JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, or similar systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and verify inventory Ability to follow written and electronic instructions
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for up to
90% of the shift Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to
50 pounds Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred
