Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions./ppWhat You Will Experience In This Position:/pulliAchieve sales goals for CADDY Commercial Electrical (CCI) and Gardner Bender business in the states of Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and the Western Pennsylvania region by successfully converting new business, primarily from projects and new product sales/liliActively lead sales agents, setting goals with territory strategy/liliBuild relationships across all levels of key end-user customers and distributor partners/liliProvide expertise in the use of products and coordinate training of key contractors/liliDeliver and refine presentations and lead discussions highlighting our benefits and value propositions/liliDevelop sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve regional sales targets/liliActively communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally to help further improve the solution set and refine the message/liliUse Salesforce as a tool to lead the opportunity pipeline and communicate feedback internally/liliAlthough we have this posted in multiple states, we will be only making 1 hire*/li/ulh2You Have:/h2ulliBachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred in outside sales/liliIdeally 5+ years of outside sales and/or territory management in the commercial electrical space/liliAbility to work 100% remotely from a home office in the sales region and travel 50-60% within the region; regular overnight trips expected due to the sizeable region.
