Pest Control Sales Professional
Mosquito/Pest Authority Pest Control is seeking dynamic sales professionals to join our team and help expand our reach in providing top-tier pest control solutions to residential and commercial clients. In this role, you will build relationships, identify client needs, and offer customized pest management services. We offer comprehensive training, a supportive team, and the opportunity to grow your sales career while making a real impact in our community. Join us in our mission to keep pests away, EVERY day! Location: Columbus, GA 30909 Salary: $40,000 - $100,000 a year - Full-time Benefits: Company car, training & development, paid training, opportunities for advancement, $500/week base salary plus commission, a company vehicle to reduce wear and tear on your personal vehicle, no Sundays, company-paid training. Skills/Experience: Have you worked within the pest control industry or a similar field? Do you love helping clients find solutions and providing great customer service? Enjoy getting outside daily and meeting new people? A clean driving record. Minimum 1-3 years of pest control sales experience or equivalent (other sales experience may be considered). A high school diploma or GED equivalent. The ability to pass a background check and drug test. Physical ability to move constantly, access attics or crawl spaces. Self motivated and driven to achieve sales goals. Excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to provide exceptional customer service. Ability to demonstrate and practice a high level of integrity and professionalism. Motivation to work independently while contributing to a team. Pest Control experience preferred. Pesticide licensing highly desired. If needed: Pesticide Licensing gained after employment. Job Responsibilities: Contact potential customers to schedule appointments or inspections. Measure and calculate the cost of services. Prospect for new business leads through various channels, including cold calling and door-to-door sales. Prepare sales contracts and necessary documentation. Complete indoor and outdoor home/commercial inspections. Explain findings and recommend solutions to pest/termite control problems. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service. Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on leads. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
