Here, you will make an impact by:/pulliBeing accountable for Precision Grinding and Finishing (PGF/ASD) forecast attainment within supported Key Accounts/liliDeveloping Customers and processes to drive growth of PGF Business/liliResponsible for collaborating with ASD US Subsidiary, PGF Sales Director to execute key ASD/PGF growth programs and NPI penetration strategies/liliSupporting ISMC National Account Team on strategic PGF growth initiatives/liliDeveloping strategic growth plans for key PGF markets and end-user customers in region/li/ulpCompany Vehicle/ppThis position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position/ppYour Skills and Expertise/ppTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution/liliThree (3) years of selling Abrasives in a private, public, government or military environment/liliCurrent, valid Drivers License/li/ulpAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:/pulliExpertise in Precision Grinding and Finishing abrasive portfolio and systems./liliExperience with abrasive specific industrial safety regulations./liliExperience in managing key accounts./liliExperience in contract negotiations./liliStrong track record of collaboration./li/ulpLocation: Remote Based- Midwest and Northeast Area/ppTravel: May include up to 75% domestic/ppRelocation Assistance: May be authorized/ppMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)./ppSupporting Your Well-being/pp3M offers many programs to help you live your best life
