Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, email sequences, and social outreach Make 100+ outbound calls per day to engage and qualify decision-makers Identify potential business challenges and introduce tailored solutions offered by the client Research target accounts to personalize outreach and improve conversion Qualify marketing-generated leads and set up discovery calls for Account Executives Collaborate with marketing, sales, and success teams to align messaging and improve lead quality Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and track activity metrics Continuously test and improve messaging strategies, outreach cadences, and call scripts Our Hiring Process:
