We are looking for a professional to generate sales for audio visual systems through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company's current client base. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand and demonstrate visual collaboration products and services to end user customers. They will also have the ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities and work independently while meeting deadlines. Responsibilities include identifying sales prospects within assigned territory, analyzing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, exhibiting a consultative sales approach, developing price quotations and bid responses, preparing contracts and pricing strategies, working with the installation team, developing and executing quarterly sales plans, attending office sales meetings, designing and implementing prospecting tools, establishing professional relationships with manufacturer sales, following up on leads, representing the company at technological briefings and trade shows, participating in training and professional development activities, and monitoring non-installed product commissions. We are looking for someone with clear and professional communication skills, both internally and externally, who is proficient with Microsoft Office, and has excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. A minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a four-year degree is preferred. At least 5-7 years' experience of direct selling in the AV/VTC area is preferred.
