The Sales Development Representative is responsible for carrying out inbound lead qualification from Marketing and Support leads, to determine the projects needs and for generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation. This position reports to the Inside Sales and Regional Marketing Manager, EMEA and is part of the EMEA Sales team and fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and events. Use Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT) methodology to determine the likelihood of purchase. Engage prospects through discovery phone and virtual calls and emails to uncover key buying signals and decision-making processes. Prospection: qualify leads, uncover needs, and route larger opportunities to sales. Lead Qualification: identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and route sales. Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn, CRM, and industry databases. The essential requirements of the job include: Minimum Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry or related field required. 2+ years of sales experience, handling inbound and outbound leads. Experience and Proficiency with popular CRM's (Salesforce) preferred. Strong communication and selling skills. Attention to detail and highly organized. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
