Sales Trainee - Non Exempt

We are actively seeking exemplary candidates to join 3E's competitive Sales Training Program. We provide the tools and training for learning the ins and outs of one of the nation's fastest growing industries. In this approximate 18-24-month development position, you will be exposed to various roles in each facet of the company, gaining experience in Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Account Management, Outside Sales, Purchasing, Operations and more! The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, exemplifies stellar time management and communication skills, and is excited to be empowered and involved in business goals and initiatives. This role is intended to provide the tools and training for to find success within the company in an inside or outside sales position with other opportunities in project management and quotations. Positions available at various locations throughout Iowa--please ask your recruiter if you have questions on location! Reports to: Location or Division Manager Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future) Reliable transportation to and from work locations Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor Degree strongly preferred Strong negotiation and leadership skills Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to solve complex problems Experience working in a blue collar work environment The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, the desire for a career that makes a difference in the world, and thrives in a fast paced, multi-faceted industry Working Conditions: Conditions vary based on the trainee's current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel

both by car and by air.
