Responsibilities include: Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and professionally Prepare high-quality pizzas according to company standards and recipes Process cash and card transactions efficiently Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Qualifications include: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Positive attitude and friendly demeanor, with an easy smile Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
