This will be accomplished by growing revenue within an assigned set of existing customers and establishing new customer relationships within a defined set of prospects. A successful candidate will have the capability to quickly learn Crown Castles product set and differentiators, develop sales opportunities within the assigned module of customers and prospects, professionally and consistently engage with and manage existing customers, and strategically close new business./ppResponsibilities include:/pulliDevelop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned quotas/liliEstablish and conduct sales meetings with customers, presenting the Crown Castle value proposition/liliDrive new sales opportunities through the entire sales process/liliCultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within accounts/liliAct as the primary point of contact for customers providing a high level of customer service to all Crown Castle customers/liliGenerate leads by prospecting and building and maintaining relationships throughout the industry/liliEffectively communicate across internal Crown Castle departments/liliMaster internal sales and marketing programs and systems to maximize effectiveness/liliMaintain timely and accurate account and opportunity information in the CRM system/liliProvide accurate sales forecasts/li/ulpEducation/Certifications:/pulliBachelors degree preferred/li/ulpExperience/Minimum Requirements:/pulli5+ years of business-to-business sales experience in Managed Solutions and Cyber Security/liliProven experience selling to and maintaining Enterprise accounts/liliProficient working knowledge of:/liulliSD-WAN: Knowledge of SD-WAN use cases with ability to position. Knowledge of basic networking concepts, routing protocols, WAN optimization, and virtualization./liliSASE: Familiarity with security the network edge, ZTNA/ zero-trust architecture/liliDDoS: Understanding of DDoS solutions, competitive advantages, and positioning./liliCloud: Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, multi-cloud designs, cloud router, cloud strategies, and CSP specific limitations/restrictions./liliCyber Defense: Comfortability scoping and positioning SOCaaS, EDR, XDR, MDR, Cyber Risk Intelligence, Penetration Testing opportunities./li/ulliSecondary working knowledge of WDM, Ethernet, IP, and other Fiber Optic services/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/liliProficiency in CRM applications/li/ulpOrganizational Relationship:/ppReports to: Manager Fiber Enterprise Sales/ppTitle(s) of direct reports (if applicable): N/A/ppWorking Conditions: This is a hybrid role with the expectation of on-site/in-person collaboration (must be located in a commutable distance to NYC and Boston Metro) with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter and may require up to 50% travel. A candidates offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
