Pure Barre Edgewater, NJ is expanding its team and is looking for a qualified Sales Representative who is focused on driving sales and service excellence to grow our Pure Barre community. Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness. Pure Barre is a musically driven, total body workout focused on low-impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone muscles. The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. This is a part-time position that requires availability to work on a rotating schedule, including some evenings and weekends. During the build-out phase of the studio, majority of duties will involve phone interaction with potential clients. Requirements
Ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required Warm, welcoming and engaging personality Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system Occasional local travel may be required Authorization to work in the United States required Responsibilities
Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio Process accurate cash and credit card transactions Input inventory for retail clothing and other items Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms Other duties as assigned Compensation & Perks
