Business Development Representative (BDR)

The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a key role in driving company growth by generating and qualifying leads through engaging prospective clients, and setting qualified, confirmed first meetings for the sales team, and cultivating the customer journey through proposal. This position is ideal for high-energy, self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals who thrive on connecting with people and laying the foundation for successful customer relationships. The BDR reports to and collaborates closely with the SVP, Channel Sales. They also partner with Client Success, Product and Marketing teams. What You'll Do

Identify, research, and contact potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Use discovery frameworks to qualify prospects and assess fit. Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Nurture early-stage leads and schedule qualified meetings or demos for Account Executives. Work closely with marketing and sales to refine lead criteria, feedback loops, and campaigns. Meet or exceed KPIs for outbound calls, emails, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities, proposals delivered. Stay updated on the company's solutions, competitors, and industry trends. Stay relevant. What You Have

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Navigator etc.). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented. What We Are Looking For

3-5 years of BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales experience (B2B Healthcare preferred). Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). At eMed, we're redefining how care is delivered
