We follow ethical principles and always acknowledge the value each associate, partner, and client brings to the table./ph3Position Overview/h3pWe are looking for Account Executives based out of Sacramento, CA and Phoenix, AZ./ppThe ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with new clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals apart from working very closely with Salesforces sales teams. You will formulate business development and sales plan in consultation with the CEO and top management team in Clous SynApps./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliIdentify potential clients in the target market and research on the prospective clients business needs/liliDevelop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships/liliPartner with pre-sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients/liliNegotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders/liliDevelop relationships and work closely with Salesforces sales team members and sales leadership to generate more business/liliCollaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed/liliBecome a subject matter expert on our services, delivery and processes, and remain up to date on industry trends and projections./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree or equivalent work experience in related field/liliMinimum 7 years demonstrated achievement in B2B sales in service industry preferably in computer software / IT Industry/liliExperience in selling to public sector and government departments, including analyzing tender notices and RFPs./liliShould have direct working experience on preparing and submitting RFIs and RFPs./liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications./liliGood understanding of the public sector and government business, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job/liliInnovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose best solutions for clients keeping in mind CSAs offerings/li/ulh3What Youll Love at Cloud SynApps/h3ulliCompetitive base salary and uncapped commission package/lili15 vacation days/liliCompetitive benefits package starts after 1st month/liliPerformance linked incentives/liliPartial remote work/liliFlexible working hours/liliJoining a unicorn organization that is on track for explosive growth/liliWe are an equal opportunity employer, who proactively celebrates diversity and are diligently working to be a representative workforce/li/ul/div
