A successful candidate will use consultative selling skills to understand prospect and client business requirements and recommend the best UKG software solutions to meet their objectives. You will be responsible for net-new logo and client sales for our Manufacturing East Enterprise business segment (2,500

14,999 ees). In this role, the AE will receive a roster of prospect and client accounts in a defined territory, this is a true Hunter role./ph3Core Responsibilities/h3ulliDrive Enterprise-Level Growth/liliStrategic Client Relationship Management/liliAdvanced Sales Strategy Execution/li/ulh3About You/h3pstrongBasic Qualifications:/strong/pulli5-7+ years of proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C-level executives. HRMS/Global Payroll experience is a strong plus./liliConsistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota./lili5+ years of experience selling complex deals over $1M in ARR managing sales cycle over 12+ months./li/ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications:/strong/pulliDemonstrated experience building a territory and pipeline from scratch./liliConsistently execute a thoughtful, strategic sales process, including internal business partners and executive engagement./liliBA/BS or equivalent (MBA a plus)/liliSuperior negotiation, written and verbal communication skills/li/ulpstrongTravel Requirement:/strong Up to 50%/ppUKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work.
