How Youll Make Your Mark/h3ullipFull Sales Cycle Management: Complete the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals and managing the ongoing account relationship./p/lilipManage Book of Business: Oversee a portfolio of agencies, uncovering net-new sales opportunities to increase adoption and revenue contribution for Bluehost./p/lilipConduct Outbound Prospecting: Utilize tools like 6sense and Outreach.io to identify and target digital agencies and freelancers./p/lilipDeliver Financial Results: Generate both short and long-term results by landing deals of varying sizes across the SMB and mid-market segments./p/lilipOnboard New Agencies: Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new agencies onto the Bluehost platform, ensuring they are well-integrated and supported./p/lilipCultivate Agency Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with digital agencies to foster ongoing partnerships./p/lilipIndustry Research: Maintain a deep understanding of the hosting solutions landscape and how Bluehost can meet the needs of each prospect./p/lilipAchieve Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including monthly sales targets and activity metrics./p/lilipExhibit Strong Interpersonal Skills: Thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment by multitasking, prioritizing, and demonstrating exceptional communication skills./p/lilipCommunicate Persuasively: Excel in both verbal and written communication, influencing and engaging stakeholders./p/li/ulh3Who You Are

Product Experience: Strong knowledge of WordPress, Server, and Cloud solutions./p/lilipProven Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, prospecting, and managing the full sales cycle./p/lilipRelationship Management: Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with digital agencies and their clients./p/lilipAnalytical Ability: Proficiency in understanding the business models of digital agencies and identifying sales opportunities./p/lilipAccount Management Skills: Experience in managing a book of business and growing adoption
