divh2Asset Management III/h2pLocation: Virginia Beach, VA Clearance Required: Active DoD Secret Clearance/ppPrimary Responsibilities:/pulliSchedule and dispatch C Pool CESE and MHE for short-term loans to NSW commands./liliRe-issue B assigned CESE and MHE for recurring monthly loans./liliTrack CESE and MHE usage, monitor late returns, and notify customers of status./liliMonitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and provide customers advance notice of upcoming service requirements./liliReceive and relay emergency breakdown notifications to leadership for corrective action./liliPrioritize requests and assign the most economical and mission-appropriate equipment./liliUtilize Fleet Focus (FA) database to assign, track, and schedule equipment for service and inventory./liliObtain mileage and usage reports from remote sites and update the Fleet Focus database./liliMaintain key control for approximately 600 CESE-assigned vehicles within the motor pool./liliInspect vehicles for safety, functionality, damage, and presence of required equipment./liliMaintain an accurate equipment status board reflecting current readiness and fleet availability./liliPrepare recurring reports detailing utilization, readiness, and serviceability./liliAllocate assets efficiently to support multiple simultaneous missions following established priority guidelines./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliMust possess and maintain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance./liliMust maintain a valid forklift license./liliMinimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, dispatching, or transportation operations in a DoD environment./liliProficiency with Fleet Focus (FA) or equivalent fleet management systems./liliKnowledge of CESE and MHE operations, preventive maintenance, and dispatch procedures./liliStrong communication, organizational, and time management skills./li/ul/div
