We're looking for a friendly and efficient professional to provide exceptional service to our valued customers at 11124 Old St. Charles Rd. Responsibilities include: Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with their inquiries Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Preparing food items, including making pizzas, according to company standards Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assisting with various cleaning tasks as needed Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 lbs. when required Qualifications include: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Basic computer proficiency for order processing and cash handling Multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues as needed Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
