Our team is dedicated to improving lives and safeguarding the environment through our products and services./ppWhat Will You Do?:/pulliBuild and own relationships with key customers and channel partners to enhance long-term business prospects/liliLearn and understand business models to better own, develop, and execute sales plans to meet performance expectations and requirements/liliCollaborate and leverage Channel to execute on business objectives/liliCanvas the market to gain insight and adjust to ever changing pricing and delivery requirements/liliUse corporate tools and business analytics about the customer to drive data-based decisions about account opportunities and growth/liliCollaborate cross functionally with product lines, operations, and other internal stakeholders to provide customer centric solutions/liliLead technical presentations at customers forums and local technical associations/liliProactively work with factories to resolve technical issues while working with customers to resolve quality issues/liliAssist the team to develop a coordinated sales effort while keeping management informed of market conditions/liliQuote projects and negotiate accurate required pricing/liliObtain ongoing training on both functional and technical skills/li/ulpWhat Will Make You Successful?:/pulliGeneral knowledge of Eaton electrical product and service capabilities/liliGeneral knowledge of key customers and channel access to key customer organizations within sales territory/liliKnowledge of sales process and value-added sales techniques/liliExperience with preparing sales proposals that meet customer expectations/liliContract management experience/liliNegotiation skills; experience in using negotiation techniques to close orders/liliAbility to put together a bill of material and pricing for moderate electrical systems applications/liliAbility to build trust and relationships with various types of people/liliAbility to anticipate and be proactive on customer needs/liliAbility to learn and utilize digital tools and proprietary software/liliRobust presentation, training, and communications skills/liliBachelors degree with five (5) years in a technical or commercial field, an Associates degree with seven (7) years in a technical or commercial field or a high school diploma with nine (9) years in a technical or commercial field will be considered/liliLegally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future/liliPossess a valid drivers license/li/ulpThe compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $120,000 - $176,000.
