Job Details for truck drivers running engineered from Chicago/Rockford to Omaha, NE: Salary: $55,000 - $92,000 per year - average pay is 64,000 per year Running out of Rockford, IL to Omaha, NE. Lowe's to Omaha, NE, mixed freight coming back. Home weekly for a 36 to 48 hour reset, may get a night or two home during the week. Expected weekly miles in this lane will be 2300 - 2400 per week. Truck Driver Bonuses include: Additional $.01 to $.03 per mile Safety Bonus Benefits of Joining Heartland Express: Latest Kenworth, Freightliner & International Tractors We buy new and keep it while under warranty to have better uptime for you to keep rolling.
