Schedule: This is a full-time position with rotating shifts Monday through Saturday, averaging 32 to 40 hours per week. What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with a strong service mindset who can juggle multiple responsibilities while keeping customers at the center of everything they do. Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Associate's degree or higher (preferred) Experience: 24 years in sales or customer service roles Technical Skills: Comfortable using Adobe Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
you may be asked to demonstrate your skills during the interview License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What You'll Do
Provide excellent customer service for printing, shipping, packaging, and business services Support daily operations, including opening and closing the center Operate the point-of-sale system and manage register transactions Sort and distribute mail to private mailbox holders What Success Looks Like
You're on your feet and engaged at the service counter throughout your shift You can safely lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. You communicate clearly and professionallywhether it's in person, over the phone, or by email You take initiative, follow through, and thrive in a team environment Why PostNet?
