We're looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our leadership team and support the General Sales Manager in overseeing daily operations, coaching the sales team, and achieving department goals. This role focuses on building a high-performing sales team, driving profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of eight or more sales associates. Conduct weekly training and one-on-one coaching to support team growth. Set and achieve sales and gross profit targets (minimum 10 units per salesperson). Lead daily save-a-deal and sales meetings; desk and close deals as needed. Monitor team performance and develop improvement plans for underperformers. Maintain strong CSI and Honda Above Region Scores, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with F&I and Used Vehicle departments to drive performance and profit. Assist with inventory management, advertising, and promotional planning. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and applicable regulations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience; management experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Ability to obtain CA sales license. Clean Driving Record. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
