guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club/liliCheck in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures/liliFacilitate any messages on club software at member check-in/liliAnswer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner/liliCommunicate special events to members and guests/liliMaintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome/liliFacilitate all member requests or forward to a manager/liliMaintain professional disposition at all times/liliSchedule member services: tanning, personal training, etc./liliFacilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures/liliKnow club facility, services, and schedules/liliResponsible for external Membership Sales, bringing the business in./liliGives tours and trial memberships to prospective members./liliActivate new memberships./liliUpgrade existing members into memberships of greater value./liliContact members that are past due and/or in collections/liliEngage in opportunities that positively impact the member experience./liliAdhere to all operational excellence standards related to providing a great member experience./liliConsistently look for opportunities to gain new members and gain new Personal Training clients./liliReach and surpass monthly sales projections./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliPrevious sales and customer service experience a must./liliFitness club experience preferred/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliEnthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition/liliPersonal passion for health and fitness/liliEnjoy working within a team/liliWilling and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays/li/ulpCompensation: $15.00 per hour/ppLooking to combine work, fitness and fun?
