The following characteristics are critical for this role: Personable Able to build relationships Work independently of others Work collaboratively at times with peers Motivated Communication Follow-through Prior Service writing experience required Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Handle customer calls and interactions Explain recommended service and the reasoning for that recommendation Source and price necessary parts and labor Find solutions for our customers Support multiple stores Build relationships with customers
