Engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive first impression of our brand Listen actively to customers' preferences and requirements, providing recommendations and solutions Responsible for the conversion of sales from walk-in customers Recommend design-focused solutions tailored to customers' requirements (style of home dcor desired, floor plan, etc.) Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction are met Assist in store operational excellence by ensuring general showroom maintenance, receiving / issuing stocks and monthly high accuracy stock take Perform other roles within the store such as maintaining visual standards, assisting team members or performing operational tasks on the sales floor What You'll Need To Succeed

1 - 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry. Prior interior styling experience is a plus Fluent English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Maintain knowledge of assortment, services and policies to confidently meet customer needs Represent the brand through professional communication and exceptional service excellence Proven track record in showroom environment, effective communications with customers and actively contributes to store sales target Efficiently following through with sales leads perform showroom transactions with high degree of accuracy Able to work flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends and holidays if required to meet the needs of the business) Additional Information

Physical Requirements: Ability to move or lift up to 75 pounds and heavier with team assist Expect prolonged standing and maneuvering across sales floor and stockroom Schedule: To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to have open availability and are expected to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January). Compensation: Final compensation offered will be dependent upon relevant skills, experience and internal equity. Full-time sales team are eligible for performance-based bonus and sales incentives based on performance.
