Become the LandMark Difference and apply today!/ppPosition Specifics:/ppDepartment: Sales/ppReports To: Location Manager or Corporate Sales Manager/ppSupervises: None/ppPurpose: Sells new and used agricultural, turf, and outdoor power equipment to new and existing customers./ppResponsibilities:/pulliRepresents the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area/liliMaintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership/liliMonitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly/liliMaintains all customer information in assigned territory and manages customer relationships for LandMark Implement, Inc./liliKnows and follows a defined sales process, including 100% JD Quote utilization and electronic documents, reporting weekly sales activity to CEO and Corporate Sales Manager, and following instruction on wholegoods attachment policies and procedures/liliMaintains assigned company vehicles and equipment, including cell phone, laptop computer and any other company assigned possessions/liliConducts new equipment field demonstrations/liliMonitors trends in customers business activities and timely communicates to management/liliMaintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods/liliAttends applicable sales training events/seminars, Customer Clinics, and demonstrations as required by the company/liliMaintains current knowledge or used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes/liliMaintain the integrity of the company and respect the current customer relationships with other company sales representatives/liliMaintains a basic knowledge of LandMarks Integrated Solutions packages and maintain basic skills to operate and support IS Technology/li/ulpQualifications:/ppExperience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:/pulli1+ years equipment sales experience/liliKnowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming or operational practices preferred/liliAbility to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions/liliAbility to work flexible hours/liliExcellent customer relationship skills/liliAbility to analyze and interpret basic sales reports/liliHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experience required/liliValid Drivers license and DMV record that meets LandMarks property and casualty insurance regulations/li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliSome lifting (up to 50 lbs.)/liliLong hours on computer/liliProlonged periods of standing and/or sitting/liliRegular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential/li/ulpThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
