Equipped with expertise, enthusiasm, and commitment to TruGreens proven Sales Playbook, youll provide tailored services right at their doorsteps, turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships./ppYou will be the face of TruGreen, engaging with homeowners face-to-face, to understand their needs, and delivering custom lawn care solutions that builds trust and satisfaction. Every day is an opportunity to connect, educate, and earn their business./ppEngage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes./ppCustomize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household because no two yards (or customers) are the same./ppTurn just looking into just signed with a proven sales methodology and processes./ppLog interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and track performance, because numbers matter, and so does follow-through./ppCross-sell and upsell with precision using your expertise to show customers how to level up their lawns./ppYou dont need a green thumb to thrive here, just the drive to succeed and the people skills to make every doorstep feel like a warm lead./ppHigh school diploma or GED required (a PhD in People Skills is highly encouraged)./ppPrevious sales or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle go even further./ppValid drivers license with a clean driving record, we like our reps reliable and road-ready./ppStrong communication chops, whether its small talk or closing talk, you keep it smart and sincere./ppSolid time management skills and a self-starter mindset, youre the kind who doesnt want to be told go./ppComfortable with technology and mobile devices (you wont need to code, just tap, swipe, and go)./ppPhysically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors./ppWe believe great work deserves great rewards, and were not just talking about perfect picture yards./ppCompetitive base pay plus uncapped commissions.
