Signal is an innovative company offering franchising to entrepreneurs or law enforcement for security guard service firms. Signal has redefined the security industry through branding, technology, and its leading-edge business model and is experiencing phenomenal growth. Our corporate office sells franchises, launches them, and provides all the facets of business support and development. This paid internship will provide you with a comprehensive sales skillset. As an MSI on the front lines, you'll be expected to support a local Franchise by visiting potential clients to substantially build revenue in their markets. Starting with a week of training in Omaha, Nebraska, you will learn our recommended sales process, gain access to tools that manage our client information, and discover the best approach to ultimately building the business. You will then head back to your market and hit the ground running where you will have training and assistance from our sales team to partner with a Franchise Owner. What You'll Do in This Role: Visit 15-20 multi-family properties each day that are generated from a pre-populated list of locations Engage with leasing agents/community managers to get potential security needs, a budget, and timeline of services Work with the Sales Intern Coaches and Franchise Owners to create proposals that will ultimately turn into profitable contracts Utilize Signal's CRM and Sales Enablement software to track daily activity of prospecting sales and manage your pipeline of contracts Qualifications/Knowledge: High School degree or GED Must be eligible to work in the United States Proficient in Microsoft Technology Deeply passionate about our mission, and can articulate why Willing to contribute to a "Championship Culture" of teamwork, passion, and collaboration Skills/Abilities: Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to pass a background check including Motor Vehicle Report Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation What's in it For You?
