Front Desk Sales Professional/Spa Associate
Hand and Stone is seeking a candidate for a Front Desk Sales Professional/Spa Associate. Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than first class! What to expect as a Spa Sales Associate at Hand and Stone North Fayette: This is primarily a sales position focused on membership conversion. Provide excellent customer service to members/guests Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival Answer phones, book appointments, educate clients on lifestyle program to become members of our spa, gift cards sales and upgrades with massage and facial appointments.
