We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, demonstrating the ability to lead a team while driving sales performance. About Us: BODY20 is a boutique fitness franchise that uses an FDA-cleared Electro-Muscle Stimulation (EMS) suit to revolutionize workouts. We believe fitness should be efficient, effective, and accessible for everyonebecause every BODY deserves to feel great. Position: Sales Lead in Boutique Fitness Studio
Reports to: Studio Manager/Owner Schedule: Full-time (Part Time possible) Compensation: Competitive compensation + sales commission + bonus opportunities. Hourly $16-18/hour Job Overview
As the Sales Lead, you'll play a key role in getting leads and driving sales. You'll work closely with the team to ensure the studio meets sales goals. Key Responsibilities
Support the Studio in driving leads and sales Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies for improvement. Hire, train, and develop sales staff to drive memberships and enhance customer service. Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to grow studio utilization and lead generation. Attend and participate in training sessions to stay knowledgeable about BODY20 technology and programming. Promote the studio through community outreach, social media, and events. Handle client inquiries, membership concerns, and overall customer service to maintain high retention. Meet or exceed personal and studio sales goals while maintaining an engaging studio culture. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in fitness sales or customer service Experience in B2B relations and grassroots efforts Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals Proficiency in sales software and technology platforms Why Join BODY20?
