Key Holder/Shift Lead - Uptown Cheapskate (Full-Time/Part-Time)

We're a buy, sell, trade clothing store for young adults offering mall and luxury brands at up to 80% off regular retail prices. We aim to make fashion more sustainable by giving life to gently used clothes that aren't being worn anymore. As a Key Holder, you are the shift lead, our "manager on duty". You will be who the other team members look to when they have questions on any aspect of the store - register, processing, sales floor, pre-sorting and buying clothing. You must be able to handle unforeseen and business situations with calm efficiency. You are to be a servant leader, and lead by example - it is your responsibility to make sure we remain a fun friendly environment, but maintain our business professionalism. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond:

regardless of which role you are assisting with - greeting everyone with a smile and enthusiastically assisting them with their needs Open/close the store:

as keyholder/manager on duty. (open 9am | close 8:30pm) Ensure ALL open/closing tasks are completed properly Assist anywhere you are needed:

to ensure store runs smoothly and is opened/closed correctly Supervise, coach, train, and motivate:

through strategic initiatives. Maintain the store:

in a fresh, visually appealing (end-caps, mannequins, etc), clean, and well-organized manner. Adhere to company guidelines:

to manage COGS and minimize loss. Although your primary focus will be making sure the store runs smoothly and opens/closes properly, it is still important to know all the other aspects of the store:

Sales Associate: Process new inventory (tagging, sensoring, hanging), tidy and organized store, manage fitting rooms, Operate cash registers, Answer phone, make fun posts on social media. Buyer: Sort, evaluate, and purchase clothing items, help vendors check-in, handle potential counterfeit items

Qualifications: A genuine passion for providing outstanding and friendly customer service. Closing availability (weekends/weekdays until 8:30pm) + Flexible schedule (weekends, holidays) Must "live, eat, and breathe" fashion - able to recognize current teen and young adult fashion, brands, and styles Strong coaching and management skills, go-to resource for creative solutions Take initiative - if they see something that needs to be done, they do it! Team Player | Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Amazing organizational and multitasking abilities, and a quick learner in a fast-paced environment. Customer service or cash handling experience is a

plus . Reliable transportation. 1+ year experience is a

plus . Availability including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
