divh2Screen Sales Representative/h2pScreen Sales Representative reports to the District Manager and is responsible for managing shaker screen sales, service, and inventory operations within the Eagleford. This position requires a proactive, hands-on professional with the ability to build customer relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure high-quality field service and delivery execution./ppThe role involves daily rig site visits, warehouse coordination, and accurate documentation of screen sales, deliveries, and inventory control. The representative will work closely with customers, operations, and finance teams to support NOVs business objectives while maintaining compliance with company standards and safety requirements./ph3Essential Duties and Responsibilities/h3ullistrongSales and Customer Engagement/strong ulliTravel daily to rig sites to inspect shakers, screens, and solids control systems./liliComplete all customer screen sales and deliveries in assigned areas./liliPromote NOV OEM shaker screens, parts, and equipment to new and existing customers./liliGrow screen box count and increase customer market share through strategic sales efforts./liliCommunicate effectively with customers regarding screen specifications, cost-per-foot, and performance data./liliSupport SCE Field Sales and Shaker Part Sales activities as required./liliAssist with customer and project set-up/close processes, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up./li/ul/lilistrongInventory and Warehouse Management/strong ulliAssist with the maintenance and organization of on-hand stock and warehouse screen inventory./liliVerify, track, and record all screens entering and leaving Warehouse./liliSupport screen warehouse management operations to ensure timely delivery and product accuracy./liliConduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate box counts and compliance with inventory control standards./li/ul/lilistrongAdministrative and Billing Responsibilities/strong ulliMaintain accurate record keeping in accordance with NOV company policy./liliPrepare and process billing, invoicing, and sales orders, ensuring correct customer information (address, sales group, county/zip code)./liliSupport Credit and Collections teams to resolve account discrepancies or outstanding balances./liliCollaborate with operations and finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer billing and documentation./li/ul/lilistrongOperational and Safety Duties/strong ulliLoad and unload shaker screens and parts using forklifts and other material-handling equipment./liliEnsure compliance with all NOV and customer HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) requirements./liliAlways maintain safe work practices and promote NOVs safety culture./liliWork flexible hours, including weekends and after-hours, to meet customer and operational needs./liliTravel frequently within the assigned region to support customer operations and sales activities./li/ul/li/ulh3Education and Qualifications/h3ulliPreferred to live no more than 2 hrs from Corpus Christi, TX/liliEducation: High School Diploma or GED required./liliExperience: Minimum of 1 year of oil and gas sales or field service experience preferred./liliKnowledge

Skills: ulliStrong understanding of shaker and screen parts, including API screen standards./liliKnowledge of solids control systems, warehouse operations, and inventory processes./liliExcellent communication, organization, and time management skills./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Power BI./liliSelf-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities./li/ul/liliLicenses/Requirements: ulliMust possess a valid drivers license with a clear driving record./liliMust be able to pass a drug screening and background check./liliAbility to work extended hours and weekends as required./li/ul/li/ulh3Physical
