Your primary responsibility is to schedule and confirm appointments for in-home or virtual meetings, ensuring field sales representatives have well-prepared opportunities to close deals./ppstrongJob Responsibilities:/strong/pulliComplete a comprehensive training program to familiarize yourself with the clients services, marketing strategies, and customer relations by reviewing client websites and materials./liliRespond to leads promptlywithin 30 minutes during office hoursand send tailored follow-ups via email and text, highlighting key pain points. For inquiries outside of office hours, respond within 12 hours (from 9 am - 7:30 pm PST)./liliEngage homeowners/decision-makers through phone conversations to understand their needs and gather details on how they heard about the clients services (e.g., email, text, postcard, referral)./liliExplore the homeowners current energy challenges, listen to their concerns, and convey confidence that the company can provide a solution, pending home qualification for solar readiness./liliOffer flexible appointment times (day, evening, or weekend) and reconfirm the best contact information for both the homeowner and the assigned sales representative./liliMaintain detailed notes and update the CRM to ensure seamless communication between you and the field sales team./li/ul/div
