Represent Thomas & Galbraith and our Costco partnership by engaging shoppers in friendly, informative conversations about home water treatment options. Work from a branded kiosk inside Costco

no cold calling or door knocking. Start conversations with members, explain the benefits of our water treatment services, and set appointments for our home service consultants. Build relationships with Costco associates and managers

you'll be the face of our partnership in the store. Help educate customers and staff about the program and the value of clean, treated water. Track your goals and celebrate your wins

we'll train and support you every step of the way. Qualifications

You might be a great fit if you: Love talking to people and enjoy face-to-face conversations. Bring energy, positivity, and self-motivation to everything you do. Stay calm and professional, even when someone says "no." Are a go-getter who's focused on results and personal growth. Know how to listen actively and ask the right questions to understand what customers need. Can read the room and recognize when someone's interested. Are organized and manage your time well throughout your shift. Feel comfortable guiding conversations toward a clear next step

setting an appointment. Can stand or walk for 48 hours at a time in a retail environment. Are comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, texting, and emailing.
