Apply today to discover how you can make a meaningful impact with Mendix./ppRole Summary: Drive SaaS and Hybrid SaaS revenue growth through subscription and follow-on services sales, meeting assigned ARR and services targets within a Country or Vertical Software Sales organization./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliOwn business development in Named Accounts and/or New Logos per the Integrated Country Plan, using a strategic, value-based sales approach./liliDevelop and execute multi-channel sales strategies via detailed account and opportunity plans, aligned with Siemens DI Account leads where applicable./liliLead and coordinate cross-functional, matrixed teamsincluding internal Digital Industry Software resources and partnersto deliver on plan objectives./liliSet and track clear performance goals to monitor territory and account growth./liliUnderstand market dynamics, customer challenges, and decision-maker landscapes to tailor value-based messaging by opportunity stage and persona./liliServe as the central point of contact for account knowledge and stakeholder engagement./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliExperience selling enterprise software in the low-code/no-code space./liliStrong technical sales background with experience delivering business value to C-suite executives and managing complex sales processes./liliWorks under self-management on assignments/pursuits and will determine solutions, methods, and procedures./liliRepresent Siemens at customer marketing and analyst conferences, industry conferences, events and tradeshows in Country and in Zone where required./liliMentors more junior sales team members across Country / Vertical boundaries within Zone, and partner resellers where appropriate./liliLeads knowledge sharing around customer, solutions and industry internally within Country or Vertical Sales organization./liliWorks on Customer Accounts with opportunities of complex scope./li/ulpNice to have Requirements:/pulliTechnical sales experience in manufacturing/liliIndustry knowledge within Electronics or Semiconductor/li/ulpIf you see a job description and think, Id be perfect for that but your experience doesnt align perfectly with the qualifications
