divh2Aviation Crew Chief/h2pTSCs Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (AISR) Division is actively recruiting a dynamic Aviation Crew Chief to support ground and flight operations at an OCONUS location. Crew Chiefs with experience on the RQ-29, Long Endurance Aircraft (LEA), are encouraged to apply. The selected individual will ensure compliance with contractual and internal requirements to ensure operational maintenance procedures are followed and daily flight operations meets the high-quality performance standard that our customers demand. As an integral member of the operational team, other duties may be assigned. Must be able to travel and/or deploy with relatively short notice (50-75% of time)./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliOversee aircraft maintenance and flight line operations at an OCONUS site./liliEnsure compliance with flight, ground, training, and safety procedures./liliMaintain accurate maintenance records, logbooks, and tool control./liliPrepare technical reports and briefings for operations and engineering teams./liliManage COMSEC equipment, consumables, and maintenance tracking./liliTrack and account for critical parts, tools, and components./liliConduct Technical Inspections (TI) and sign off on completed work./li/ulh3Required Knowledge:/h3ulliExpertise in airframe, powerplant, electrical, mechanical, and RF systems troubleshooting./liliFamiliarity with FAA, ICAO, DoD, and DCMA maintenance and flight standards./liliProficiency in maintenance manuals, Technical Orders, and compliance procedures./liliExperience in FOD control, property management, and logistics of Government Furnished Equipment and COMSEC./li/ulh3Required Skills:/h3ulliStrong knowledge of aviation flight line procedures and maintenance operations./liliDetail-oriented with analytical, organizational, and communication skills./liliAbility to work independently in high-paced environments and collaborate effectively./liliExpertise in industry standards (FAA/ICAO/DoD) and contract compliance./liliExperience with Air Vehicle Systems, subsystems, and Technical Manuals./liliMaintain aircraft system logs and configurations with the logistics team./liliAbility to obtain Crew Chief Designation post-training./li/ulh3Computer Skills:/h3ulliProficient in Microsoft Office (document, spreadsheet, and presentation creation)./liliExperience in technical writing and report preparation using Adobe./liliFamiliarity with digital logging of aviation maintenance per commercial/military standards./liliStrong Windows OS knowledge with the ability to train others in digital maintenance tools./li/ulh3Required Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED plus 3 or more years of Maintenance experience on Flight Line or in UAS flight operations./liliUS Citizenship with active Secret security clearance./liliExpertise in Group 3-5 UAS and subsystems./liliProficiency in Aircraft Technical Manuals (General Systems, Job Guides, Fault Isolation)./liliSkilled in electrical system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, including schematics and diagrams./liliKnowledge of ESD precautions and electrical safety measures./liliProficient in electrical testing tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.)./liliComposite repair experience (preferred)./liliCapable of line and site-level maintenance and repairs./liliRQ-29 LEA Crew Chief Qualification./liliFAA AP or equivalent (preferred)./liliAA Class 3 Medical Certification./liliAviation experience in OCONUS (deployed) environments./li/ulh3Physical Work Environment
