This role will funnel the leads to a sales representative to further qualify and close the sale. This position is purely a lead generation role and will not be responsible for further steps in the sales cycle. Responsibilities: Leverage proven prospecting techniques to initiate contact with clients for marketing. This role will be aligned with our Marketing line of business and background in Marketing is preferred. Generate interest in a discovery meeting with an established RRD Sales Executive. Identify multiple contact points within a supplied list of targets and position the value proposition of our products and services to entice the prospect to learn more about RRD through a discovery meeting. Conduct online research to better understand the prospect and contact points business objectives to better position RRD services. Generate a high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting for Healthcare accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to develop a list of target prospects Develop and run a pipeline of prospects and provide top-class customer experience Effectively & smoothly transition a lead to an account executive following the first discovery meeting Actively utilize Salesforce for all activities related to Lead Generation Meet with Sales Leaders to evaluate strategy Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Business, Communication, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in sales and telemarketing with an emphasis on cold calling. Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks in an efficient manner Must be goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, and an independent worker Experience with cold calling techniques and the use of Salesforce CRM technology to organize, track, and document activity. Candidates must be comfortable using multiple techniques and channels for reaching their contact points including but not limited to email, phone, social media, mail, etc. Ability to position different RRDs services to the different contact points within the same prospect account Strong time management and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work independently Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Results Driven Persistence Persuasive Prospecting Skills Excellent Telephone Sales Understand how to solve business needs Demonstrated ability to close new business Objection Handling Resiliency and ability to handle rejections Professionalism
