Apply today!/ppThe main job purpose as a Retail Home Consultant with Clayton Homes will be to create a world class home buying experience by assisting customers to identify a floor plan, select options, and coordinate the construction process./ph3Ideal Team Member Profile/h3ulliClayton Ambassador

protect the Clayton Homes branding and assets by maintaining a high level of integrity throughout the sales process/liliConstant Learner

develop expertise in areas such as finance mortgage concepts, product, sales acumen, sales presentation skills and your local market/liliCustomer Follow-up

maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up with prospective buyers via the companys CRM system/liliMerchandising

assist manager by helping select inventory, decorate models and maintain appearance of the homes/liliPersonal Prospecting

develop, refine and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase home center traffic/liliProduct Demonstration

present potential buyers display homes, demonstrate features and benefits to create added value/liliSet Appointments

set home center visits utilizing prospect database and by converting ad calls and web leads to appointments/liliTraining

participates in all sales meetings, training opportunities and other company sponsored functions/liliTeam Oriented

cooperative and collaborative, willing and eager to work in a team environment, assist with miscellaneous duties as required/li/ulpCompensation:/pulliAs a Home Consultant with Clayton Homes, you will receive a $50k base salary plus a lucrative commission plan/liliUnlimited career and earning potential/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliAt least 6 months of relationship driven business to consumer sales preferred/liliPrior leadership or management experience preferred/liliGeneral understanding of the retail environment/liliAbility to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing/liliLearn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes/liliStrong verbal communication skills/liliAbility to excel and contribute to a team environment/liliStrong organizational and time management skills/liliAbility to work required schedule, including Saturdays/liliProfessional demeanor and appearance/liliAbility to walk the lot and show homes throughout all seasons/li/ulh3Why Clayton?/h3ulliA Berkshire Hathaway Company
