RemoteVA is seeking a proactive and strategic E-commerce Salesperson with a solid background in marketing and digital outreach. This role transcends traditional inbound inquiry management, focusing on actively identifying, pursuing, and converting high-value sales opportunities within both B2B and B2C markets. Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and engage potential leads via: Website chat interactions and customer service tickets Social media activity including comments, posts, and relevant profiles Analysis of past purchaser data for follow-up and reactivation campaigns Research of schools, daycares, events, and businesses that could benefit from our product offerings Develop and maintain a structured lead generation and sales roadmap Follow up consistently with B2B account holders, bulk buyers, and influencers Assist in strategizing and managing targeted email marketing campaigns Identify upsell and repeat purchase opportunities to maximize revenue Collaborate closely with internal teams to leverage sales trends and customer feedback
