Sales Development Representative I
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative I to own outbound prospecting and lead generation. This person will conduct high-volume cold outreach via phone to law enforcement agencies across the country, leveraging their law enforcement background to build credibility, educate prospects about TRULEO, and qualify opportunities for our sales team. The ideal candidate is a former law enforcement professional who understands the challenges agencies face, can speak the language of chiefs and sheriffs, and is motivated to help other agencies discover solutions that will make their jobs easier. Responsibilities include: Conduct high-volume cold calling to law enforcement agencies Research and identify target agencies and key decision-makers (chiefs, sheriffs, command staff) Use your law enforcement background to build immediate credibility and rapport Navigate agency hierarchies to reach the right contacts Educate prospects on TRULEO's platform and how it solves real agency pain points Qualify leads based on agency size, budget authority, pain points, and buying timeline Schedule qualified discovery meetings and demos Maintain detailed notes and accurate records in CRM Track outreach activities, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics Build relationships with agency contacts even before they're ready to buy Follow up persistently but professionally with prospects over multiple touch points Represent TRULEO's mission and values in every interaction This is an exceptional opportunity for a former law enforcement professional to transition into a sales career while staying connected to the law enforcement community.
