Our entire focus is bringing reliable, high-speed wifi to rural communities, and we want you to put us to the test./ph3Job Overview/h3pAs a Field Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our companys products or services by actively engaging with clients and customers in various locations. You will be required to travel extensively, attend meetings, and build relationships to meet sales targets./ph3Responsibilities/h3pCustomer Engagement:/pulliInitiate and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers./liliConduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits./liliAddress customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions./li/ulpSales Activities:/pulliAchieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories./liliDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue./liliNegotiate and close sales deals with customers./li/ulpMarket Research:/pulliStay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities./liliProvide feedback to the sales team regarding customer needs and preferences./li/ulpReporting:/pulliMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions./liliPrepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends./li/ulpCollaboration:/pulliWork closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction and business growth./liliAttend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliProven experience in field sales or a related role./liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills./liliAbility to work independently and manage time efficiently./liliProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets./liliWillingness to travel extensively within assigned territories./liliFamiliarity with the products or services offered by the company./liliExcellent negotiation and presentation skills./liliBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)./li/ulh3Additional Requirements/h3ulliA valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle./liliWillingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed./liliPositive attitude, resilience, and a self-motivated mindset./li/ul/div
