Key Responsibilities

An Accounts Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving the company's ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives; must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Success in the position will be achieved by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, understanding customer needs and requirements, and routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales and business development rep for further development and closure. Support multiple sales personnel for specific factory (s) and territory (s). Assist sales in preparing estimates for quotes. Assist sales in preparing booking packages for processing to factory. Coordinate sales orders with factory to ensure on time delivery. Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with order process. Canvass customer base to create, sales, leads for sales and gage customer satisfaction. Act as liaison between sales and factory. Understand customer needs and requirements. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Skills Knowledge and Expertise

The ideal candidate will embody the following characteristics and possess the knowledge, skills and abilities listed below: Honest, trustworthy and reliable. Hardworking. Physical ability to perform sedentary work, exerting up to 10lbs of force occasionally. Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to work well with associates at all levels in the company. A degree in Sales, Marketing or related field is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. Experience working with SalesForce. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
